Powerpack Energy Hydration Drip at The DRIPBaR Frisco

Powerpack is the drip people come back for. It is the densest micronutrient formula on our lifestyle menu, built around the cofactors your mitochondria actually use to turn food into ATP.

What this session offers

A plain description of what is in the bag and what happens while you are here.

Nine components in one bag

The broadest cofactor coverage of any drip on the lifestyle menu.

Mitochondrial focus

Carnitine, the B-complex and magnesium all sit directly in the pathways that generate cellular energy.

Antioxidant support

Vitamin C and zinc address oxidative load alongside the metabolic ingredients.

The science

What the research actually shows

We would rather tell you where the evidence is strong, where it is thin, and where it simply does not exist yet.

The B vitamins are the engine's cofactors

Thiamine becomes TPP for pyruvate dehydrogenase; riboflavin becomes FAD; niacin becomes NAD+; pantothenate — delivered here as dexpanthenol — becomes coenzyme A for the citric acid cycle. Without them, cells cannot convert food into ATP efficiently.

Carnitine and fatty acid transport

L-carnitine shuttles long-chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane so they can undergo beta-oxidation. Human supplementation trials in people who are not deficient show mixed and generally modest results.

Magnesium is required, not optional

ATP is biologically active as a magnesium-ATP complex, and magnesium is a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems including oxidative phosphorylation and glycolysis.

The honest framing

These nutrients are necessary for energy metabolism. Supplying more than sufficiency has not been shown in controlled trials to raise energy output in people who are already replete. Benefit is most plausible where an underlying insufficiency exists — which is worth investigating with your physician if fatigue is persistent.

Who commonly considers this: Adults with demanding schedules or occasional low energy who want nutrient and hydration support, ideally alongside a conversation with their own physician about persistent fatigue.

Safety, screening & contraindications

  • Magnesium accumulates in renal impairment, risking hypotension and arrhythmia.
  • Vitamin B6 has a 100 mg/day adult upper limit; chronic gram-level intake causes sensory neuropathy. We track total B6 across drips and shots.
  • Zinc upper limit 40 mg/day; repeated high zinc depletes copper.
  • Vitamin C raises urinary oxalate — caution with kidney stone history.
