Lifestyle Hydration Drip
Before the flight, or the morning after it

Cabin air is drier than most deserts and your circadian clock does not travel at 500 miles an hour. Jetsetter is straightforward rehydration with immune-relevant micronutrients, timed either side of a long flight.
Featured ingredients
At a glance
Fluid replacement is the foundation of this drip, and helps counter the dehydrating effect of a long flight.
Vitamin C and zinc both have established roles in immune cell function.
Useful when your sleep schedule has been dismantled.
The science
Relative humidity on an aircraft typically runs 10-20%, far below indoor norms. This dries the mucous membranes of the eyes and upper airway and increases insensible fluid losses across a long flight — on top of the reduced fluid intake most people manage in transit.
Aircraft cabins are pressurised to an equivalent altitude of about 6,000-8,000 feet, which can contribute to feeling drained after a long flight.
Who commonly considers this: Frequent flyers and business travellers before or after long-haul flights.
