A plain-language look at what is in the Firm Treatment and what research does and does not tell us.

The Firm Treatment is often chosen by people who are thinking about skin, hair and nail support. Here is a friendly, honest walk through what is in it so you know what to expect.
The science, briefly
Vitamin C is a nutrient your body uses to make collagen, a protein found in skin. Your body cannot make vitamin C on its own, so it has to come from food or other sources. Whether getting extra changes how skin looks is not well proven, so we keep expectations realistic.
B vitamins play a part in how your cells use energy, and biotin is the one most often linked with hair and nails. Research on biotin has mostly looked at people with low levels, which is uncommon, so the evidence for everyone else is limited. Biotin can also affect some lab test results, so tell your provider if you have bloodwork coming up.
Zinc is a trace mineral your body uses for normal skin function and cell growth. Low zinc can show up in skin and hair, but we do not have strong proof that extra zinc helps people who already get enough. Too much zinc over time can cause problems of its own, which is why your health history matters.
The bottom line
The best fit depends on your diet, your health history and what you are hoping to support. Talk with our team before booking your treatment so we can answer your questions and help you decide.
