Wellness Shot
One nutrient, one target — $65 each

For when you know exactly what you are after. Seven single-target injections, fifteen minutes each — the option we prefer when someone has a lab result in hand.
What's available
If you have recent bloodwork, bring it. Choosing a single shot against a known value beats guessing.
At a glance
A plain description of what is in the bag and what happens while you are here.
One nutrient, chosen for a reason, ideally against a lab value.
Glutathione, ascorbic acid and zinc — each with a defined role in normal immune cell function.
L-carnitine is the obligate shuttle carrying long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria.
The science
We would rather tell you where the evidence is strong, where it is thin, and where it simply does not exist yet.
Zinc is required for hundreds of enzymes and for normal immune cell function; vitamin C is an antioxidant and enzyme cofactor concentrated in leukocytes; glutathione is the principal intracellular antioxidant and a phase II conjugation substrate. Deficiency of zinc or vitamin C impairs immune function, so restoring adequacy is the defensible claim — not 'boosting' immunity above normal.
Dermatology reviews conclude that safety data for injectable glutathione are inadequate, and regulators outside the US have warned against its cosmetic use. It is not an FDA-approved injectable in the US.
Around 95% of body stores sit in heart and skeletal muscle. However, healthy people synthesise enough from lysine and methionine, so supplementation is not required for most. The outcome evidence is genuinely mixed: a 2016 meta-analysis found only about 1.3kg greater weight loss than placebo across nine trials, a Cochrane review did not justify routine acetyl-L-carnitine use for dementia, and a 2022 trial associated supplementation with increased cholesterol and plaque stenosis in some participants.
Carnitine and choline are both metabolised by gut bacteria to TMAO, a compound linked to cardiovascular risk in observational research. Worth raising with your physician if you have cardiac history.
