The science

The 1000ml isotonic base delivers direct intravascular volume. Of every component here, this is the one with the clearest and most immediate physiological effect.
Intravenous delivery bypasses the transporter saturation that limits oral absorption, producing far higher plasma peaks. Vitamin C is an obligate cofactor for collagen synthesis. Whether the higher peak translates into a cosmetic outcome has not been demonstrated in controlled trials.
Published reviews describe only a small number of controlled trials of glutathione for skin lightening. Oral and topical forms showed modest, reversible effects in small short studies, and the single IV trial was judged to have poor design and flawed analysis. There is no high-quality evidence that IV glutathione lightens or brightens skin, and cosmetic use is not FDA-approved.
