Antioxidant Support Drip

Nutrients that support the body's own antioxidant and biotransformation pathways

$22945 minutesFrisco, TX
Antioxidant Support Drip at The DRIPBaR Frisco

This drip supplies nutrients your body uses in its own antioxidant and biotransformation pathways — the ones your liver and kidneys run continuously. It is a nutritional support service, and the section below explains carefully what that does and does not mean.

At a glance

What this session offers

A plain description of what is in the bag and what happens while you are here.

Antioxidant nutrient density

Vitamin C and taurine both contribute to antioxidant defence and to glutathione-related pathways.

Transsulfuration cofactors

B12 and B6 are cofactors in one-carbon and transsulfuration metabolism — the route by which the body makes cysteine for glutathione synthesis.

A longer, gentler 45 minutes

Run at a comfortable rate with a nurse present throughout.

Magnesium as a broad enzymatic cofactor

Supporting the enzyme systems these pathways depend on.

The science

What the research actually shows

We would rather tell you where the evidence is strong, where it is thin, and where it simply does not exist yet.

What this drip is

A nutrient infusion. Vitamin C, taurine, B12, B6 and magnesium support the body's own antioxidant defences and the enzymatic pathways involved in biotransformation. That is a genuine and worthwhile thing for a nutrient formula to do.

What this drip is not

It contains no chelating agent. Medical chelation uses prescription drugs — calcium disodium EDTA, DMSA, dimercaprol, penicillamine — that form coordination complexes with specific metals for excretion. It is indicated only for laboratory-confirmed heavy metal poisoning and is prescribed and monitored by a physician or toxicologist.

Why we are explicit about that distinction

The FDA states it has never approved any chelation product for over-the-counter use and warns that risks include dehydration, kidney failure and death. The FDA also notes there is no proof that 'detoxification' using such products is effective to prevent or treat any condition. We would rather name our drip accurately than borrow language that does not belong to it.

Your liver and kidneys are the detox organs

No infusion replaces them. If you have a genuine exposure concern, you need a physician and validated blood or urine testing — the FDA has specifically warned that unapproved chelation products are often sold alongside heavy-metal test kits it has not cleared and that may give misleading results.

Who commonly considers this: Adults interested in general antioxidant and nutritional support — not people who suspect an actual metal exposure, who need medical evaluation instead.

Safety, screening & contraindications

  • A suspected heavy metal exposure requires a physician and validated testing, not a wellness drip. We will tell you this rather than sell you an infusion.
  • Chronic high-dose pyridoxine can cause sensory neuropathy; we track cumulative B6.
  • Magnesium requires renal-function awareness.
  • Vitamin C caution in G6PD deficiency or oxalate stone history.
